Rules of the Academy

Spamming:

Spamming (Repeatedly sending visible characters (or spaces) with no intention of stopping) is against the rules and you may receive a warning or a temporary ban for first time offences. Spamming a second time will result in a temporary ban of no less than 3 days. If you should spam a third time your account will be deleted. (Any further incidents will result in a permanent IP ban)

Discrimination:

Discrimination will NOT be tolerated. If you are reported (with proof of; or if an Admin or Moderator witnessed you) using  any form of derogatory term towards a person of a group of people because of their age, gender, sexual orientation, creed, language. culture, religion, race, or rank (within the academy)  you WILL be banned for no less than 5 days, but no more than 30 days. Should you discriminate against a person or group of people a second time you will be permanently banned from this site.

Swearing/Profanity:

You MAY swear in the public chatbox with the permission of an Administrator. If it is deemed that your swearing is offending someone, you will be asked to stop, failure to stop will be treated as harassment.

Harassment:

Harassment will NOT be tolerated. If someone has asked you to stop an action that they are bothered by and you do not, you are harassing that person. An Admin or Moderator will ask you to stop ONE time, failure to stop will result in a temporary ban of your account. (The duration of the ban is at the discretion of the Admin who asked you to stop. The ban shall NOT exceed 30 days for a first time offence.) If you are found harassing a person for a second time your account may be deleted. If you harass a person a third time you will be permanently banned from this site.

Hacking:

If it is believed that you are hacking or tampering with this website you will be reported to the proper authorities as required by U.S. law.

Pornography:

It is ILLEGAL to post or advertise pornographic material of any kind on this website. As required by U.S. law your information will be turned over to the proper authorities.

Drugs and Illicit Materials:

It is ILLEGAL to discuss the sale or distribution of these items. If it is believed that you may be in possession of illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia your information will be turned over to the proper authorities in accordance with the law.

Interactions with Minors:  

If it is believed that you are engaging in or planning to engage in an illegal activity with a minor, your information will be turned over to proper authorities in accordance with the law.
